Teacher Details
Abiola Kudumi is the SENCO/Head of Learning Support at The Regent School. She graduated from The Ahmadu Bello University with a BSc degree in Business administration in 1999. After a brief stint in the Banking industry and Civil service, she forayed into teaching where she discovered a flair for teaching with a strong passion for helping young people to succeed. She went on to receive a Post Graduate Degree in Education in the year2012. Abiola has been teaching for the past 19 years, 13 of which have been with The Regent School.
Abiola began work as a Special Needs teacher in January 2017 and went on to become the SENCO in May of the same Year.
She obtained a certificate to Screen and Support Dyslexic Children with difficulties in reading and writing from the University of London in August 2017. Thereafter, she acquired another certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from the Institute of Child Education and Psychology, Europe (August 2018).
She is in the process of obtaining her IBCCES as a Certified Autism Specialist.
Abiola is currently a member of NASEN, The key for school Leaders and Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
