Supervised sports and activities are an important part of the curriculum at The Regent Secondary School. We strive to maintain a healthy balance between classroom teaching and sport and activities. All are essential parts of an holistic education.

Physical Education and Activities are compulsory for all students.

Reports

At the Regent Secondary school, intra- mural and extra mural competitions are very important. Our yearly sport day is always fun, and students compete in events on house basis. Teachers and parents are not left out in the sport’s day as they also get the opportunity to show case their talents in the field of sport during the staff race and the parents race.

We compete with other schools from time to time in various categories ranging from the Pre-senior, girls and senior boy’s events in the game of soccer and basketball. We are currently the host school in the girls’ soccer league amongst international schools in Abuja. We have always excelled in any major activities competed for so far.

We are presently preparing for two competitions in the game of soccer amongst international schools in Abuja.

There are also other activities lined up within and outside our locality.

Facilites

Our aerobics and dance activities are always fun and students look forward to it.

The school has facilities for soccer, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, Tennis, Athletics, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Trampoline, Aerobics and Dance.
